Faculty and staff in the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts were celebrated for their achievements and accomplishments in the 2021-2022 academic year during the annual Faculty and Staff Awards held on Wednesday, April 27.

“We have come out of quite a challenging last two years, and each of us has stepped up to work harder, adjust quickly and collaborate more in an effort to carry out the mission of Ivan Allen College in what we do each and every day,” Dean Kaye Husbands Fealing said during the virtual celebration.

Faculty and staff were recognized in four categories, including the Buzz Awards for Staff and Academic Professionals; Distinguished Faculty Teaching Awards for tenure-track faculty and non-tenure-track faculty; Faculty Excellence in Research Award; and the Faculty Research Awards for the Silver Star, Gold Star, and Million Dollar Club.
