Program Details (LBAT Mexico City)


SPAN 2002 or equivalent and good academic standing (this program is conducted entirely in Spanish).

Program Director makes decisions on acceptance after reviewing all applications.  Acceptance is based on academic standing, language background and reasons for overseas study.


SPAN 3691, 3692. Courses are taught by faculty of the School of Modern Languages, at the Universidad de la Comunicacion

Mexico Program Costs

6-credit program: $3085 plus non-refundable $250 application fee. (Students applying to both Mexico and Peru pay a discounted $400 application fee)

Program Fee Covers:

  • ground transportation for excursions and company visits
  • housing with a Mexican family

Program fee does not cover tuition and Georgia Tech fees or round-trip international airfare to/from Mexico City
