I’m especially interested in connecting learning to global and local contexts and creating inclusive environments that prepare students for cross-cultural work and meaningful careers.
Research Interests:
My research focuses on equity and access in global education, particularly how institutions can design more inclusive and impactful international learning opportunities. I’m interested in program evaluation using mixed methods and AI-driven analysis to understand long-term outcomes and improve decision-making. I also examine workforce and talent development, exploring how data, partnerships, and funding strategies can strengthen pathways from education to careers and expand access to high-quality opportunities.
