Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish.
Certificate Requirements
To receive a certificate in one of these languages, students must complete 12 semester hours of courses at the 2002 level or above. A maximum of 6 credit hours can be transferred toward the certificate requirements with the approval of the Director of Undergraduate Studies. Students may also apply a maximum of 6 credit hours of special topics courses towards the certificate. All courses counting toward a certificate must be taken on a letter-grade basis, and a grade of C or better must be received in each course.

Certificate Request
If you're a graduating senior who has completed or is about to complete the requirements for a language certificate in Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, or Spanish, please fill out the certificate request form. Your electronic certificate will be emailed in late May/early June.
