Will Thomas completed his B.S. in International Affairs and German from Georgia Tech in 2019. He conducted research at the Technical University of Munich and took part in the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange, in which he studied for a semester at the University of Tübingen and completed an internship with the local Member of Bundestag from die Grüne (the German Green party). As an undergraduate, Will worked as a research assistant for Dr. Jenna Jordan, contributing to her 2019 publication Leadership Decapitation. Will is generally interested in social movements and how academia can contribute to progressive activism.
Will is a Graduate Research Assistant, helping with the German Global Careers Lab seminar. For his graduate program, Will plans on writing on the far-right in Germany and how conspiracy theories spread from the USA to Germany.
